This transit oriented mixed use residential development will transform Thrivent Financial’s surface parking lot into a 107 unit residential apartment community including a magnificent indoor/outdoor rooftop private resident social space, 1,600 square feet of skyway level retail, and a 773 space parking ramp.  This project will provide a skyway connected mixed-use environment allowing residents to experience and benefit all that downtown east has to offer. The apartments will range in size from studio to two bedroom.
